General Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns:

Products are eligible for return or exchange if they are received damaged, defective, or different from what was originally ordered.
Returns for non-damaged or non-defective products will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and category of the product.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain products such as orthopedic and sports supports are non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to carefully check the size chart and product specifications before purchasing.

1.2 Conditions for Return:

Notify our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, labels, and invoices intact. Hygiene seals must remain unbroken.
Returns should be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging or a similar protective material.

Refund Policy

2.1 Processing of Refunds:

Refunds will only cover the cost of the product(s) purchased. Shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
If the return is deemed acceptable, refunds for credit/debit card payments will be processed back to the original card within 15 working days. For other payment methods, refunds will be issued via cheque within 7 working days, payable to the name provided at the time of order.
We are not responsible for delays in refunds due to bank processing times.

3.1 Wheelchairs and Walking Aids:

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products under the general return policy. The return process must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

3.2 Orthopedic and Sports Support Products:

These items are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Customers must verify the correct size and specifications before placing an order, as indicated on each product page. We encourage using our size guide and contacting our customer service team if you need assistance.
