Modern and practical with unique design – MAMALU™ is a stroller created for the youngest users, which will work perfectly in all conditions. Its construction is based on a light and durable umbrella frame which means that it folds easily and quickly, and its small dimensions make it easy to transport after folding.

Description

MAMALU™ grows together with your child due to the wide range of adjustments the stroller is equipped with. The headrest and the 5 point safety belts can be mounted at different heights, the seat has and adjustable depth and there are three levels of height adjustment of the footrest. Using the stroller is great pleasure. Independent shock absorbers and swivel PU wheels make the MAMALU™ stroller extremely maneuverable. Comfort and convenience are provided by a reversible pad COMFORT, which is covered with soft, skin-friendly MINKY fabric on one side, and FLEX waterproof fabric on the other.

Indications & Contraindications

INDICATIONS

It is recommended in the following cases:

Cerebral palsy (CP) – various types and forms.
Brain and spinal cord injuries of various etiologies with limb paresis, severe balance disturbances, and coordination impairments.
Demyelinating diseases (multiple sclerosis – MS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis – ALS, and others).
Meningocele.
Muscle diseases with paresis and paralysis (including dystrophy, myasthenia gravis, polymyositis).
Genetic syndromes with limb paresis.
Degenerative and metabolic diseases of the nervous system.
Degenerative and rheumatic joint diseases.
Other diseases with limb paresis, paralysis, and musculoskeletal impairments.
After injuries, following traumatic brain injuries or spinal cord injuries with limb paresis and paralysis, particularly with quadriplegia (as part of the rehabilitation process or as permanent orthopedic support).

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Critical condition of the user,
Paralysis,
Deep sedation,
Unstable fractures with specific orthopedic recommendations, including spinal fractures,
Untreated deep vein thrombosis,
Hemodynamic instability,
Documented brain dysfunction while sitting in an upright position,
Severe inflammation of the cervical spine joints,
Pulmonary embolism,
Recent myocardial infarction within the last 24 hours,
Fresh postoperative wounds or non-healing wounds in the back, pelvic area, hip joints, and thighs,
Users with mental disorders should not be left unattended in the device.
