Description
The wedge is made of the original VISmemo™ memory foam. It keeps the lower limbs in the slightly raised position, which improves the blood circulation and reducesthe risk of swollen ankles. It can be used as a support during the compression therapy and the anti-bedsoretreatment. It is recommended to use the wedge at night because it helps the blood to flow from the legs to the heartwhich reduces the lower extremity circumference and as a result it is much easier to put the compressionstockings on in the morning. The excellent anatomical shape of the wedge prevents the lower limbs deformation. It keeps the pelvis slightly tilted which decreases the pressure and reduces the pain of the lower partsof the spine. The CertiPur Certificate means that the foam is strictly controlled in terms of the amount of chemicals,the method of production and the safety of usage. The certificate guarantees that the product is free of heavymetals, phthalates, allergic and carcinogenic substances.

Disinfection
Spray the surface of the product with a disinfectant, leave it on the surface for the required time, then rinse with water and dry.

Maintenance
PureMed™ meets all the essential requirements of the medical products of different kinds, according to the Regulation of the Ministers of Health on 3 November 2004 and the requirements contained in Annex I to Council Directive 93/42/EEC of 14 June 1993 concerning medical devices, deployed by the law of 30 April 2004 of Medical Devices. It is flexible, antibacterial, waterproof, vapour permeable and easy to disinfect. Coated materials should be cleaned with a neutral pH soap solution using a soft sponge or damp cloth. Rub gently and wipe dry to remove detergent residue. Repeat monthly to maintain color and shine. For stains use 25% ethanol solution. Avoid domestic eco-leather cleansers.

A washable cover is the outer layer of all the STABILObed® cushions. It is made of soft, resilient and easy to disinfect fabric PureMed™ . The shape ofthe cover is identical with the shape of a given cushion. Additionally, it has a zip which allows easy removal and putting on the cover. Each cover hasa permanent pictogram applied, which presents the safety rules and the ways of disinfecting the cover. In case the cover of your STABILObed® damages, there is no need to purchase a new cushion but only replace the cover.
Terry cover
The Terry Cover, which is made of soft, cotton fabric friendly for the skin of the user, is certified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. The shape ofthe terry cover is identical with the shape of a given cushion. The terry cover should be treated as an individual product and be used by one user.
