Description
The Braun splint is made of original memory foam VISmemo™. It maintains the lower limb slightly raised, which improves blood circulation and reduces the risk of swollen ankle. It can be used as a support for compression therapy and anti-decubitus treatment. It prevents from bedsores that can appear on heel bone. Reduces risk of thrombophlebitis (vein inflammation). The length is excellent to support the knee against the hyperextension. Our thermoactive splint is anatomically-shaped, which prevents against the lower limb deformations. The CertiPur Certificate means that the foam is strictly controlled in terms of the amount of chemicals, the method of production and the safety of usage. The certificate guarantees that the product is free of heavy metals, phthalates, allergic and carcinogenic substances.

AirMesh™
Aerating-massaging fabric used in areas with direct body contact. Increases comfort and significantly reduces the risk of bedsores.
VISmemo™
Memory foam that adjusts to the user’s body shape under pressure and becomes softer with body-temperature. The highest standard in anti-bedsore prophylaxis in high-risk areas.
Comfort foam
Soft foam with many small closed air bubbles, which easily adapt to the user’s body shape.
AntySlip™
A non-slip fabric which prevents cushions and pillows from moving on the mattress.

PureMed™ meets all the essential requirements of the medical products of different kinds, according to the Regulation of the Ministers of Health on 3 November 2004 and the requirements contained in Annex I to Council Directive 93/42/EEC of 14 June 1993 concerning medical devices, deployed by the law of 30 April 2004 of Medical Devices. It is flexible, antibacterial, waterproof, vapour permeable and easy to disinfect. Coated materials should be cleaned with a neutral pH soap solution using a soft sponge or damp cloth. Rub gently and wipe dry to remove detergent residue. Repeat monthly to maintain color and shine. For stains use 25% ethanol solution. Avoid domestic eco-leather cleansers.

A washable cover is the outer layer of all the STABILObed® cushions. It is made of soft, resilient and easy to disinfect fabric PureMed™ . The shape ofthe cover is identical with the shape of a given cushion. Additionally, it has a zip which allows easy removal and putting on the cover. Each cover hasa permanent pictogram applied, which presents the safety rules and the ways of disinfecting the cover. In case the cover of your STABILObed® damages, there is no need to purchase a new cushion but only replace the cover.
Terry cover
The Terry Cover, which is made of soft, cotton fabric friendly for the skin of the user, is certified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. The shape ofthe terry cover is identical with the shape of a given cushion. The terry cover should be treated as an individual product and be used by one user.
